Thank you for your interest in presenting at the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference in Chicago, Illinois, October 14 - 17, 2019. By submitting a proposal, you’ll have the opportunity to share future directions, best practices, stories on successful collaborations, or solutions to community-wide issues.
Before starting your proposal, please take some time to review the Call for Proposals page, which explains in more detail the information you will be asked to provide when completing your submission form. If you still have questions about submitting a proposal, please contact Sarah Reynolds.
You may start a proposal, save it as a draft, and come back to complete it at any time on or before the deadline date. After the deadline date, NO proposals will be accepted. Please make sure you complete and submit your proposal.
We have created a Google Doc version of the CFP to facilitate collaboration, co-creation, and sharing of your draft proposal. Please download or make a copy of this version of the CFP here if you would like to first build your proposal locally.
To be considered, all proposals must be received by 11:59 p.m. (PT) April 12, 2019.
Acceptance notifications will be sent mid-June.
Event dates and location: Monday, October 14, through Thursday, October 17, 2019, in Chicago, Illinois.
An EDUCAUSE Profile is required in order to submit a proposal and to present at the annual conference. Logging in below will prompt you to create a new profile or proceed with your existing profile. You may want to take some time now before proceeding to ensure all presenters have profiles.
Proposers with corporate affiliation are welcome, either on their own or in collaboration with campus partners. Proposals must be transparent in representation of products or services, free from overt marketing, and of wide and general interest to the EDUCAUSE community. Proposals must make clear how the session demonstrates thought leadership, addressing key challenges and themes universal to innovation in higher education IT.
